Services: Transitional Housing
The CCHC provides transitional housing to those who qualify for up to 24-Months.
CCHC owns and rents 3 large homes (4 bedrooms with a fenced yard) to low income families with 3-4 children, and also offers a 3 bedroom home for a low-income family with a disability. Rents for the homes are affordable and include water, pest control, and lawn service.
